Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens

Fifteen members and friends traveled a bit Down East to visit www.mainegardens.org. We hit the jackpot on weather, as you can see from the photos, and also benefited from Pam, our knowledgeable and energetic guide. After two hours of exploration we enjoyed a pre-arranged lunch in the Gardens’ conference center. Some of us stayed on to explore more of the Boothbay peninsula. This was the Society’s first long-distance field trip in memory, and its success should propel us to more adventures in the future!
